  When we walked into the store, we were bombarded by the sales workers and the truck driver delivering boxes. We could barely walk in or look at the products for our entire visit. No sales worker apologized or offered to help us. When I went to checkout I had a coupon for spend $10 get a free item up to $14. I had also planned to purchase 6 hand soaps for the deal of $25. The saleswoman rang up the total to $41. She used my free item coupon for one of the soaps, rather than the $13.50 lotion I had asked to use. She refused to let me use my coupon for the lotion and said it had to be used on the least expensive item. I have been a loyal b&bw customer and am familiar with their coupons and how they work. I explained to her that the coupon was good for a $14 item. She refused to let me use my coupon. I am one to never leave a negative review, but I was completely appalled at her rudeness and obvious misunderstanding of how coupons work. I felt like I was being scammed out of my coupon. Not okay. I will never return to this store.
