  I stopped by Claire’s today to get my niece’s ear pierced. I couldn’t believe how busy it was! The store was completely packed full of people and there was only a single person working (a sweet young lady named Raven). She was working her butt off at full speed but there were too many people ahead of us so we decided to go eat first. When we came back a couple of hours later, the store was even MORE BUSY! We waited 20 minutes before we were finally taken care of. Between the constant people walking in and the impatient people getting snappy with her, it was easy to see that she was very stressed even though she was kind and professional. That poor lady needs some HELP! What kind of business has a single employee working in a store that stays that busy?! My nieces love Claire’s but they need to get their act together and get some more people working in that store if they don’t want a bunch of angry customers that don’t want to come back.
