  I was with at this location with a friend needing help with her service when we were both treated like we had no business being there. He did not ask her number or look into her account. He shrugged and said he didn't know, but she could get a new phone. He offered no more assistance when she was not purchasing a new phone. He opened the front door as if he was asking us to leave without asking. After 10 minutes at another location in Tulsa, my friend's phone was issue was resolved , and she provided excellent customer service.
